Spring Creek - A Traditional Neighborhood Development encompasses approximately 135 acres, seven miles south of downtown Colorado Springs near the intersection of the U.S. 24 Bypass and Union Blvd.
Spring Creek is a TND community offering a variety of housing options, including single-family homes with detached garages, condominiums, townhomes and apartments. Residents will be serviced by existing nearby retail, as well as a planned office/retail plaza.
