Spring Creek - A Traditional Neighborhood Development encompasses approximately 205 acres, seven miles south of downtown Colorado Springs near the intersection of the U.S. 24 Bypass and Union Blvd.

Spring Creek is a mixed-use community offering a variety of housing options, including single-family homes with detached garages, condominiums, townhomes and apartments. Residents will be serviced by existing nearby retail, as well as a planned office/retail plaza. Other amenities will include parks and recreational areas, and a brand new K-8th grade state-of-the art school.

Like any community, Spring Creek will grow gradually over a period of years, with the neighborhood serving as the basic building block. Single-family lots will be gathered around small parks and have easy access to close by stores and civic space. The size of houses will range from 1,400 to 3,900 square feet.

Spring Creek is conveniently located to schools, shopping, restaurants, and downtown Colorado Springs. The new K-8th will be located directly in the community—it is under construction and will open in 2005.
